About Me

Hello, I’m Jennifer

My name is Jennifer, and I was born in 1986 in Detroit. Growing up, I spent my childhood in the countryside, where I developed a love for nature and simplicity. I later attended high school in the city, right across the street from where my father now lives! Life has taken me to many places, but for years now, I’ve been living in the vibrant city of San Antonio.

For over a decade, I worked in the fashion and luxury industry as a social media manager, juggling various responsibilities. In May 2011, I took a leap of faith and launched Arte Yawi, a creative space where I could combine my passions and share them with the world—all while continuing my career!

Arte Yawi

Arte Yawi is not just a blog; it’s a glimpse into my world. Here, you’ll find a little bit of me woven into articles about fashion, lifestyle, beauty, cinema, and so much more. My goal is to create content that resonates with anyone passionate about style and living life beautifully.

Beyond this blog, I’m quite active on Instagram, where I’ve cultivated a lively and loyal community that I adore. I also host a radio show every Friday evening at 8 p.m. on Radio, where we discuss all things fashion, culture, and beyond. And because I can never sit still, I organize exclusive trips with my readers, including vintage shopping tours in Paris alongside my dear friend, Harriet.

Closet Organizer

One of my greatest passions has always been organizing closets. For the past five years, my love for wardrobes, order, and style has blossomed into a full-fledged career—I am a closet organizer.

It all started when I was young, organizing my own closet and later my friends’. Now, it’s my profession! I visit clients’ homes, and together we decide what to keep, what to donate, and how to optimize their wardrobe. My approach is simple: create an organized space, no matter how small, where everything is visible, neatly folded or hung, and filled only with pieces you truly love and wear.

With my help, your wardrobe will finally make sense—no more unused clothes collecting dust. And this philosophy extends beyond the closet to your library, bathroom, kitchen, and even your entire home. Let’s bring harmony and style to your space, together!
